31. October 2008, the master plan for creating new urban development on a 50.000 m2 harbour area opposite to the Alsion building was presented by world-famous architect Frank O. Gehry. The masterplan is created to meet both world-class architecture standards, vibrancy and ZEROcarbon goals. The Urban Square is the center of the new harbor project.
The design for ZEROcarbon has been developed in a close cooperation between Gehry Architects’, Esbensen Consulting Engineers and ProjectZero.
